• Assessment and treatment of patients presenting with neurological conditions
• Education and management of neurological conditions like Stroke, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neuron disease, balance problems etc
For stroke patients:
• Outreach visits at home after discharge from hospital.
• Referral on to other agencies for ongoing rehabilitation / care.
• An outpatient service for those who are still able to progress their rehabilitation.
For the elderly:
• Continued rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery
• Rehabilitation after a period of being unwell
• Functional rehabilitation for patients with dementia
• Rehabilitation after a fall
• Balance and walking re-education
Post-operative Physiotherapy:
• Total knee replacement
• Total hip replacement
• Other post-operative conditions
Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal:
Physiotherapy one on one treatment for shoulder, knee, hip, foot, hand, elbow, low back, neck, sacroiliac, and thoracic problems. Commonly treated conditions include:

Care Home Services
Our therapists build rapport and relationships with the residents, while enhancing the quality of their lives. We provide a comprehensive approach to therapy to maximize functional independence and improve resident’s safety in their environment. These services include
• Individual assessment and treatment for residents.
• Education sessions for staff on issues such as falls prevention, the role of exercise and rehabilitation and maintaining comfort and function which will facilitate the provision of high quality care.
• Education sessions for residents or community groups on topics such as falls prevention, back care, maintaining independence and keeping active.
• Falls prevention programmes which include resident screening, staff and resident education.
• Group exercise sessions.
• Injury prevention training and awareness including manual handling and risk assessment for staff.

Work related injuries and current statistics provided by Health and Safety Department,UK:
• 1.3 million people who worked during the last year were suffering from an illness (long standing as well as new cases) they believed was caused or made worse by their current or past work. 555 000 of these were new cases.
• 233 000 reportable injuries occurred, according to the Labour Force Survey, a rate of 840 per 100 000 workers.
• 28.5 million days were lost overall (1.2 days per worker), 23.4 million due to work-related ill health and 5.1 million due to workplace injury.
