What to expect

Thorough assessment

When you schedule an appointment with us, you will receive an email confirmation and also text message reminders. You will be assessed by one of our qualified and experienced physios. You are welcome to ask any questions you may have. This assessment is vital in understanding your needs and tailoring a treatment plan specific to you.

Discussion and consent

After the assessment, the physiotherapist will discuss the identified problems with you. They will explain the proposed treatment plan and seek your consent before proceeding. Your active involvement and agreement are crucial in the treatment process. We believe in shared decision making. Additional charges apply for specialist treatments like laser and shockwave therapy – all the fees will be discussed with you before treatment and will only be administered after your informed consent.

Therapy equipment

Our clinic is fully equipped with all the modern equipment to help treat various conditions – including shockwave therapy and high intensity LASER.

Booking appointments

To ensure the availability of our therapists, we encourage you to book an appointment in advance. Once your appointment is confirmed, the physiotherapist will contact you on the same day or the following day to discuss your condition further over the phone.

Cancellation policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may decide not to proceed with physiotherapy after speaking with the physiotherapist or if it is determined that physiotherapy is not appropriate for your condition. In such cases, we offer a full refund of the fee paid if you cancel before 24 hours of the appointment. Your satisfaction and confidence in our services are of utmost importance to us.
