Working with your GP and other health care professionals
Because we see you regularly and in your own home, we often notice changes in mobility, pain, breathing, skin or general health before anyone else does. Where something needs medical attention beyond physiotherapy, we can explain what we have noticed and, with your agreement, communicate with your GP, consultant, nurse or other healthcare professional.
We do not replace your GP or hospital team, and we do not make decisions about NHS eligibility or entitlement. Our role is to keep your rehabilitation coordinated and to make sure relevant changes are communicated to the people responsible for your wider care.

Our Approach
Your treatment starts with a detailed assessment to understand your condition, your goals and how your symptoms affect your daily life.
We’ll then create a personalised rehabilitation plan using evidence-based physiotherapy. This may include exercises to improve strength, balance and mobility, functional rehabilitation and practical advice to support your recovery.
Our aim is to help you move more confidently, improve your quality of life and achieve the best possible outcome.
