Hi, I’m Chaitanya. I hold two Master’s degrees — an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy from the University of Salford and an MSc in Physiotherapy (Orthopaedics) — and I have practised in both India and the UK.
My main work is stroke rehabilitation and long-term neurological disability. These are the cases where progress is measured over months rather than sessions, where the plan has to account for fatigue, spasticity, carers and the layout of a home, and where an honest conversation about what is realistic matters as much as the exercises. I take that work seriously and I stay with people through it.
Alongside neurological rehabilitation, my orthopaedic Master’s underpins my work in post-operative rehabilitation and musculoskeletal conditions, and I have a particular interest in Parkinson’s disease.
I take time to listen, explain your treatment clearly, and build a plan that fits your life and your priorities — combining evidence-based exercise, appropriate manual therapy and clear education. My aim is the same in every case: restore function, build confidence, stay independent.
Outside work I love to cook, and I spend as much time as I can with my daughter.
“Your goals. Your recovery. Your movement.”
