Q. How do I cancel an appointment?
A. To cancel an appointment, you can call us, email us or WhatsApp us as soon as possible so that we can free up the time slot for other customers.
Q. How much notice do I need to give when cancelling an appointment?
A. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment, to ensure that other customers can take advantage of the time slot.
Q. What happens if I cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice?
A. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be liable for full charges. If you are an insurance client – your session will be charged to the insurance.
Q. What if I miss my appointment?
A. If you miss your appointment, you may be liable for the full costs associated with the booking. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
Q. Can I reschedule my appointment?
A. Yes, you can reschedule your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available time slots.
Q. Do you have parking?
A. Yes, there is parking available onsite.
Q. Is the clinic disabled friendly?
A. There is no specific disabled parking however, if you let us know at the time of booking, we will be able to guide you. There is a flight of stairs with a landing and one handrail. There is a toilet, but it is not disabled-friendly.
Q. What should I bring to my first session?
A. Loose, comfortable clothing. Shorts if your issue involves the lower limbs or spine. Private medical insurance information (membership and authorization numbers, if applicable). Relevant medical letters or reports (for scans or procedures). List of current medications. Reading glasses (if needed).
Q. Do In need a referral letter?
A. No. You can self refer yourself to physiotherapy.
Q. Will you tell me at the start of my treatment how many sessions I will need?
A. Your physiotherapist should be able to give you some idea of how many sessions you are likely to require. The aim of the treatment is to provide you with optimum recovery as quickly as possible. Treatment will never be prolonged unnecessarily, and you will always be in control regarding number of times you attend.
Q. Are there any hidden charges?
A. There will never ever be any hidden charges. The fees are displayed in the website. However, if any specialist treatments like shockwave therapy or High intensity Laser therapy are indicated, there will be extra fees – these will be discussed with you, you will be given all the information you need to decide. You can decide and come back for a follow up appointment.
