We collect personal data information (Name, age, email, address etc) and any other information that is provided by the user. Hence, it is provided with your consent. The information that is collected is only used for providing you a service – either calling you back to book an appointment or answer any queries you may have relating to but not limited to physiotherapy treatments fees, availability of appointments.

Payment information – like credit or debit card details, PayPal, Applepay, Androidpay provided by you to purchase any services from ourselves is NOT received or stored by us. Axis Physiotherapy Ltd will not have access to any of this data at any time – before, during or after the transaction.
