Booking your home physio appointment

This helps you feel prepared and ensures we bring everything needed for your first session. Where possible, we will commence the treatment at the time of first appointment. This depends on your situation and how long your initial assessment will take. However, we aim to start with treatment on the first visit itself.

Flexible cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change or that physiotherapy may not always be the right option once you’ve had a chance to talk things through. If you decide not to proceed, or if it’s clinically agreed that physio isn’t appropriate, you can cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment and receive a full refund of any fees paid.

If physiotherapy isn’t the right approach for you, or if you would benefit from input from other healthcare professionals; such as occupational therapists, consultant doctors, or clinicians who can review your medication, care plan, or arrange further investigations, we’ll guide you to the appropriate service. If urgent or emergency support is needed, we’ll ensure you know exactly where to go.
